Copyright and DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
RoamRig ("we", "us") respects intellectual property rights and expects its customers to do the same. Using RoamRig to infringe copyright is banned by our Terms and Conditions and our AI and Automation Acceptable Use Policy.
We respond to notices of claimed infringement that follow the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
1. Where to send copyright notices
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to:
Copyright AgentRoamRigEmail: help@roamrig.ioPlease put "Copyright notice" or "Counter-notice" in the subject line. For anything that isn't about copyright, see our contact page.
2. What this policy covers
We can act on material stored on our own systems, such as media uploaded for Automations, and on the RoamRig accounts and phones used to share infringing material. Posts published to other platforms (for example Instagram, TikTok or Reddit) live on those platforms, so please also report them to that platform directly.
3. How to send a notice of infringement
Your notice must be in writing and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- A description of the material you believe is infringing and where it is, with enough detail for us to find it (for example links, usernames or file names)
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them
Notices that are missing these details may not be acted on. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under the DMCA.
4. What we do when we receive a valid notice
- Remove or disable access to the material identified
- Tell the customer who posted or stored it, and send them a copy of the notice
- Keep a record of the notice to apply our repeat infringer policy
5. How to send a counter-notice
If material you posted or stored was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the agent above. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, postal address and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent
After a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
6. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
