Is data unlimited?
Yes — every phone comes with unlimited high-speed data.
Is it a real phone or an emulator?
A real, physical Android phone at our US facility — not an emulator — bound to your account for the whole rental.
Can I use it as a second phone number?
Yes. Each phone has its own US carrier line, and the number stays the same for the whole rental. You read texts and codes on the phone’s screen in your browser — SMS isn’t mirrored into the dashboard. Voice calls aren’t supported, since audio and microphone aren’t available.
How do I control the phone?
From any modern browser: the screen, taps, swipes, typing and the hardware keys over an encrypted session. You can copy and paste text between your computer and the phone (on supported phones). Audio, camera, microphone and file transfer are not available.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Give team members access to specific phones and revoke it when needed. We keep a log of which account connected to which phone and when — we never record your screen.
How fast can I start?
Sign up and pay by card through Square. A person reviews every account right after payment, and you’re live in about two hours once approved. If we can’t approve you, you’re refunded in full.
Can I cancel?
No auto-billing. Plans don't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. Your phones stay on until the paid-through date shown under Billing; when it ends, renew there to keep going. Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months.
