Question 2

Accepted Answer

The phones stay at our US facility.

Question 3

Which carrier will my phone be on?

Accepted Answer

Each phone has a US carrier line.

Question 4

What mobile connection does the phone use?

Accepted Answer

Each phone has a US carrier line. Network performance can vary with carrier conditions.

Question 5

How do I access the phone?

Accepted Answer

Through any modern browser: the screen, taps, swipes, typing and the hardware keys over an encrypted session. You can copy and paste text between your computer and the phone (on supported phones). Audio, camera, microphone and file transfer are not available. Latency is typically 100-250ms in the US.

Question 6

Can multiple people access the same phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can give team members access to specific phones and revoke that access when needed. We keep a log of which account connected to which phone and when.

Question 7

What about 2FA and SMS verification?

Accepted Answer

The number stays the same for the whole rental and you read codes on the phone screen in your browser. We do not mirror SMS into the dashboard and there is no SMS webhook.

Question 8

Will my accounts get banned?

Accepted Answer

We cannot promise zero bans - what you get is a real handset with a real US number.

Question 9

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

One phone is $88/month. From 5–19 phones it is $50 per phone/month, and 20+ phones are $40 per phone/month. Each phone adds a one-time $10 activation fee and an $11/month SIM. Annual billing (5+ phones) takes 20% off the phone rate.

Question 10

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Credit and debit cards through Square.

Question 11

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

No auto-billing. Plans don't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. Your phones stay on until the paid-through date shown under Billing; when it ends, renew there to keep going. Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months.

Question 12

How fast can you provision a phone?

Accepted Answer

Live in about two hours once approved — a person reviews every account right after payment.

Question 13

What if the phone breaks or the line gets suspended?

Accepted Answer

If a phone fails we swap it and reassign you a replacement, usually within one business day. App logins and SMS history live on the device and do not migrate.

Question 14

Is this legal?

Accepted Answer

Renting a phone is legal everywhere we operate. What you do with the phone is your responsibility — we don't allow fraud, harassment, CSAM, terrorism financing, or anything else that violates US federal law or our Terms of Service. Run a clean operation and you'll never hear from us beyond billing and support.

Question 15

Do you log my sessions?

Accepted Answer

We do not record your screen. We keep a log of which account connected to which phone and when.
